GA works program has been sliced in half. Used to be $600 for 6 weeks,
now it’s $240 for 8 weeks.
Subsidized employment was terminated in October. (Employer paid 20% of employee salary gov’t paid 80%). Obama stimulus plan to get people back to work.
Hope scholarship is on it’s last leg.
WIA program will not only give eligible people hope that they can find employment, but will also cripple Technical schools. This is a triple effect to the economy.
I just don’t know what to say anymore! But I did voice my concern on both forms.
